Medical Director Dr. Matlaga attended the NY College of Osteopathic Medicine from 1988-92 where he earned his Doctor of Osteopathy degree. He completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of Medicine and Dentistry in Stratford, NJ, from 1992-94, and also at Wilson Memorial Regional Medical Center in Johnson City, NY from 1994-95. Dr. Matlaga is currently an Emergency Room physician. Dr. Richard Hacker M.D. Staff Physician Dr. Hacker attended Boston University School of Medicine from 1980-1984 where he earned his MD degrees.  He completed an Internship in General Surgery, an Internship in Family Medicine, and Residency Training in Family Medicine at the Medical College of Virginia in 1994. In addition to serving as a Us Navy Flight Surgeon and practicing as a solo Family Physician, Dr. Hacker has worked in many Emergency Departments and was Medical Director of the Emergency Department at Wayne Memorial Hospital before joining Pioneer City Urgent Care Dr. Joseph Seprosky Staff Physician  Dr.Seprosky received his medical degree through the Wilkes-Hahnemann Program in 1987.  He completed his Family Practice Residency in 1990.  He provided care in a Private Medical Practice for 18 years.  Over the past several years, he has served as an Emergency Physician in several local Emergency Rooms   Dr. Joseph Soliman Staff Physician  Dr. Soliman graduated from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine in 1986. He then completed an internship in Internal Medicine at Brown University affiliate Hospitals in Rhode Island.  He also completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Hannaman University in Philadelphia .  He then served as a full time on staff Physician at CMC's Emergency Department.  He has also worked as a part time Emergency Room Physician at both Mid Valley and Marian Community Hospitals.  Dr. Soliman also started his Private Practice in Internal Medicine in 1993 with office in both Carbondale and Scranton.  He is currently affiliated with Geisinger CMC, Regional Medical Center and Moses Taylor Hospital.
